ACT Home Health is one of the best agencies I've worked for in Orange County. I have been working as an LVN team member for 8 years and there is one thing I know for sure, that there is an enormous amount of care and compassion that comes from the very top, (yes, I'm talking about you, Cathy Johnston! ) and it flows through to the nurses, and then directly to the patients. Nurses with care and compassion are essential in the home health industry. In addition, ACT has been in business for 20 years now and that speaks volumes! Cathy Johnston's expertise and knowledge about the industry surpasses any of the other agencies I've worked for. When I am faced with a medical question, I can always depend on my supervisors to point me in the right direction that will eventually result in an excellent outcome for the patient.
